Privacy

SIP TV (Veselič Branko s.p., Dornava 116 D, 2252 Dornava, Slovenia) processes personal data only as far as it is needed to run this website and to answer your enquiry.

What we collect

• Enquiry form. Name, email, phone and the message. We use it only to prepare a quote and reply. We keep it for two years after the last contact, then delete it.
• EDP ID sign in. If you sign in, we receive your name and email address from the identity provider (EDP ID, Digitalne platforme). We never see or store your password.
• SIP TV AI. The question and the answer are stored without your identity so we can improve the answers. Please do not type personal or confidential data into the assistant.
• Server logs. IP address, request time and page address are written to server logs for security and debugging. We keep them for up to 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Technical processing is carried out for us by Digitalne platforme d.o.o. (hosting and EDP ID sign in) and Cloudflare (image delivery). SIP TV AI questions are processed by a language model provider that does not use them for training.

Embedded content

Recordings are embedded from YouTube in privacy enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a recording, YouTube learns about the view and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy applies to that.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Write to info@siptv.si or call +386 41 618 044. If you believe your rights have been breached you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
